    Can anyone confirm the second photo is of Dale Thomas? I've noticed he bulked up some but this guys forearm is much more than I'm thinking.

    Can we get the pitcher in pic #3 a hat that fits? Don't need another Waldrep wardrobe malfunction.

    Starting to fill in some of the young pitchers into places in the rotation. McNeillie and Philpott looking like possible starters. Satin can certainly be used as a reliever. I want to see another good outing from guys like Gomberg, Menendez, and Jones before moving them up. As we start the season, these placements will move some more.

    We'll see on mid-week guys- I agree on McNellie being one of them but I'd guess that one of the freshmen LHP would get a shot at the second mid-week game in pre-season: Menendez and Satin would be my bets. I've noted a few times here: Sully would like to identify 1 or 2 freshmen LHPs that he can feel confident for middle relief- they will have their opportunites in weekend games but often mid-week teams are a bit better test in pre-season (Miami excepted)

    What's happening with the scrimmage schedule? Has anyone seen it for this week and pitchers to see action?

    It is a remarkable catch in many respects-- if you look at the video Robertson seems to be playing medium/in and has to run a long, long way in that cavernous ballpark to even make a play and then leaps a good three feet off the ground with perfect timing to make the catch while hitting the wall.... one for the archives.

    I swore I saw Coppola warming up for orange today. Suited up and throwing in right and then in the bullpen. When scrimmage started he was back in shorts though. Dang. Thought we were gonna actually see him today.

    Ty playing in the field for blue, but still not hitting. He did practice bunting during pre-scrimmage.
