Shouldn't be that surprising considering that the attack didn't occur in NYC. The attack on Zeldin occurred in Perinton a small town in upstate New York. Alvin Bragg is the Manhattan DA. He doesn't have jurisdiction. Also what was originally identified as a knife turned out to be a keychain.
Rep. Lee Zeldin attacked at Perinton campaign stop, suspect charged
David Jakubonis used $10 cat keychain in Lee Zeldin attack

if you want america to be great you want nothing to do with the hate and division that the extremes of both parties try to encourage to divide us but you seem to be enthralled with that type of rhetoric so I question whether you want america to be great or if you want america to be what you want it to be. Like 60 - 70% of the population, I don't have a side, I'm stuck choosing between the lesser of 2 evils. Give me Romney or Kasich and I'll vote pub like I have for most of my life, follow the MAGA path and I'll vote for whoever ahs a chance to keep that radical element out of public service, the whole lesser of 2 evils thing

He would just keep it and dare the legal system to come after him… all the while claiming that he’s being persecuted by the left.

This charade is a joke. Trump did nothing wrong. The whole thing started before he finished his speech. His speech directly called for no violence. I get people do not like Trump. Many people who if you blindly showed the achievements would argue he is the best President but they voted against him because they did not like him. He is brash. I did not care for that at times. But with how the media works now…it is necessary at times. I did not vote for him in the primaries of 2016. I was cautiously optimistic when he won. And he did a phenomenal job. All while the media and left peddled lies about him. When reality is they were the ones working to use Russia.

But hey. If this is your prime time entertainment…by all means. You are in the minority as this joke and charade is not compelling at all.

I like your post but I’d find it more believable if you called out the extreme left as much as you call out the right wing crazy.
    Maybe I missed those posts.

Reading is a very, very valuable tool.

I understand, like when you are belittled for your stance on discriminating against other races, that you want yourself and like-minded people to be presented as the victims, yet you guys aren’t. You’re not victims, you’re not Christians; you’re a perfect example of what is wrong with humanity...

Oddly, the Merrit Garland DOJ attested Jakubonia and charged him with attacking a Member of Congress. But, that’s not the topic of his thread, is it. Just a diversion with an inconvenient fact.

The key chain had 2 sharp point being swung at Zeldin. If the attempt to hit the throat had been accurate, he would have cut Zeldin's throat. Besides, the DOJ did step in to take this guy off the streets after New York failed to do so. What part of this do you not understand, or do you simply believe attempted murder is acceptable if it's a democrat attacking a republican?

That's because Zeldin is a member of congress. Duh.

Still waiting on your Biden's crazed video response.....

Trump did nothing wrong? Virtually all of the witnesses at January 6 Committee hearings have been Republicans who were originally and may still be loyal to Trump. Seems that you're in a real state of denial. Apparently you've been drinking the Trump Kool-Aide.

It's true. Read the reports for yourself plus read Muriel Bowser's letter of rejection. Can you think for yourself or do you just post democrat propaganda talking points?

Do your own homework as I did. You asking me to spoon feed you? No chance, you won't read them if I do post the links. You might read them if you pull up the links for yourself, but probably not as it would upset your apple cart.

The senate, DOD, and Bowser's letter are all on the internet.

Anything any MAGA commentator, politician or employee says that isn't under oath is irrelevant.

I'm sure our new Ringling Brothers poster would be shocked to learn that Trump's lawyers wouldn't sign any of the Pillow Guy's "evidence" they talked about in court.

When it comes to being legally liable for their BS, their tunes change really quick.

Nope. Dems closing schools is what was dangerous. But you know that already and won’t admit it. That’s the best part
