Another jury verdict was handed down today. Consistent with the prior verdicts, the verdict was guilty for a felony along with several misdemeanors. They have received all of their legal rights and are being convicted of felonies. And here you are defending them.

Show us the precedent of a POTUS giving a speech pressuring congress to NOT certify an American election and instead just “declare” him the actual winner. Just once. Has never happened.

As bad an idea as that event and speech were, do you think the timing of this speech was coincidence? Why didn’t he give it a day before? A week before? Because only doing it at that exact moment would create the mob pressure. It was all laughably transparent. The guy wanted Pence to overturn the election, he tweeted on the morning of 1/6 what he expected Pence to do for him, the mob was the backup plan when Pence didn’t join team treason.

Just curious, who did Muriel Bowser direct the letter to on 1/5 and why did she send them the letter?

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that she rejected the offer of troops from those whom she wrote and those whom she wrote were empowered to offer troops by Trump.

Did you read the letter? It is directed at Jeffrey Rosen, Chris Miller, and Ryan McCarthy.

So you don't have evidence to back your claim but are just inferring it?

Trump may have said something about 10,000 troops, but that was nothing more than idea Trump may have floated. Actual troops at the ready didn't exist. Nor were any troops turned down by Pelosi or the D. C. Police.

And show me any D election lower that doesn't concede their loss? And show me any action any D loser did that lead to a a riot on the Capitol that lead to over 830 arrests and over 330 convictions and counting.

Let’s suppose there were troops requested by a serious person in the security apparatus, why was it necessary for troops and increased security in the first place? Because a nut-job outgoing President was participating in and hosting a rally hoping to overturn an election he just lost.

With the crazy talk of invoking the “insurrection act” the people should have been weary of moving any number of unusual troops in D.C. In either case, Trump never ordered the guard. Pence had to effectively take the reigns while under seige from Trumps mob.

Really, who do those people represent? They all had titles and branches of government they worked in. You can do this. I know you can even though you don't want to.

Who claimed that it was a Proud Boy? Who was even talking about Proud Boys in particular?

All conjecture and no proof that any is/was illegal. Insurrection!, Sedition!, and Treason! Oh My! I feel like I'm watching the Wizard of Qz which was also a fairy tale.

I have patiently asked you for actual evidence multiple times. You are yet to provide any, just your supposition. That is not evidence. So let's see if you can try this again.

If the troops were ready, explain why Trump waited 3 hours, and still didn't call out the Guard on Jan 6?

Do you want to link to who was convicted today or are you going to withdraw from responsibility for your statements?

He didn't wait 3 hours and you still need to read the reports. Quit relying on spin propaganda from either democrats or republicans and certainly not the media.

Do you have evidence of your claim or not? You claimed you did, but I have yet to see you provide any actual evidence.

I did, but you clearly have an issue with accepting the truth you don't like. Who did those people in Muriel Bowser's letter work for? You can do it. It's easy to put on paper and easy to remember if you do.

They worked for the US Government. Now, do you have evidence of Trump's authorization of troops or not? Let's see the paperwork that would originate with such an authorization of troop movements. Because, thus far, all you have proved is that Trump delegated to underlings.
