While the US KGB, err DOJ/FBI, cover up Hunter Biden according to numerous whistleblowers. Aren't all whistleblowers supposed to be protected and believed. Trump had a false impeachment based on it.

Let Garland bring his best which isn't anything. This falls in the category of you can indict a ham sandwich. He may as well as he will be one of the first to be impeached come January.

Just like the joke 6 committee, it's a loser for the democratic socialist communists. Make my day.

Garland is a POS... Thank GOD he never became a member of SCOTUS.

Meanwhile his son is busy making big money pimping out CRT books and paraphernalia for profit...

Seems that someone has Hunter Biden Derangement Syndrome. Hunter is still being investigated by the way and so far the only crimes that he may have committed are failure to register under the Foreign Agent Registration Act (FARA) and possibly failure to declare income, serious offenses but nowhere remotely close to inciting an attack on Congress with the intent of preventing it from performing its Constitutional role and indirectly causing a riot which resulted in deaths and injuries. I guess that you believe that your Dear Leader should be above the law.

If they have evidence to indict trump, then do it.

Actually, I don't believe all democrat socialist communists should be above the law while all conservatives of any stripe are held in contempt and below the law.

Trump has been falsely attacked for 6 years now. Those who spang the Russia Hoax on the nation have been allowed to walk free by the US KGB and recently by a DC jury using jury nullification while another DC jury had zero trouble convicting a conservative instead of using jury nullification. Yes, it's unequal justice under the law and has been since July 2016 when the US became a banana republic.

Antifa/BLM rioters paid stipends by their democratic socialist communist masters are held to lawless standards, no exceptions even for murder.

Out of more than 30 attacks on women's clinics and churches, the US KGB has brought zero charges. I guess they are too busy persecuting innocent Americans and treating them like terrorists. I particularly like how cute they were to invite a letter from the National Teachers Union so they could attack concerned parents who are opposed to CRT and race/gender being taught in our public schools, much of which the curriculum has been financed by states using repurposed pandemic aid money

Rules for dealing with democratic socialist communists:

Rule 1: Whatever they accuse you of doing they themselves are doing.
Rule 2: Refer back to Rule 1.

There are no exceptions to these rules.

Advice worth remembering and frequently forgotten by people - on both sides of the political divide - who post on this forum.

It's truly frightening to see someone come up for air from the right wing media cesspool. Wishful thinking, false equivalency, denial and outright tribal hate.

Your's is a rant that isn't trying to persuade. Isn't trying to share information. There is no open mind suggested. Just an expression of partisan indoctrination.

I'm going to step away for a while.

I still dont think trump is ever held legally accountable for any of his obvious corruption. Public corruption weakens our democracy especially when its so obvious.

    https://www.washingtonpost.com/national-security/2022/07/26/trump-justice-investigation-january-6/
Prosecutors who are questioning witnesses before a grand jury — including two top aides to Vice President Mike Pence — have asked in recent days about conversations with Trump, his lawyers, and others in his inner circle who sought to substitute Trump allies for certified electors from some states Joe Biden won, according to two people familiar with the matter. Both spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss an ongoing investigation.

The prosecutors have asked hours of detailed questions about meetings Trump led in December 2020 and January 2021; his pressure campaign on Pence to overturn the election; and what instructions Trump gave his lawyers and advisers about fake electors and sending electors back to the states, the people said. Some of the questions focused directly on the extent of Trump’s involvement in the fake-elector effort led by his outside lawyers, including John Eastman and Rudy Giuliani, these people said.

The first centers on seditious conspiracy and conspiracy to obstruct a government proceeding, the type of charges already filed against individuals who stormed the Capitol on Jan. 6 and on two leaders of far-right groups, Stewart Rhodes and Henry “Enrique” Tarrio, who did not breach the Capitol but were allegedly involved in planning the day’s events.

The second involves potential fraud associated with the false-electors scheme or with pressure Trump and his allies allegedly put on the Justice Department and others to falsely claim that the election was rigged and votes were fraudulently cast.

Maybe you can start a thread on all the numerous Hunter Biden whistleblowers.

There's plenty of evidence. Just watch the Jan 6 Hearings. But you don't indict a high profile person like a former President unless it's a slam dunk. Not sure if the evidence reaches this level yet.

He is literally on tape. Not just re: the 1/6 activities, but pressuring Secretaries of State to fraudulently “find” him votes or to simply ignore the will of the people. Guy spent the last two months of his Presidency doing nothing but concocting various criminal schemes to try and steal an election, with the final disgraceful act an attempt to steal it by force.

That's in Georgia. Not Federal jurisdiction, so Garland can't touch it. Agreed Trump will be indicted in GA. The question is, will Garland charge Trump for Jan 6?

trump is no more guilty of criminal behavior than the dems were in 2000, 2004, and 2016. like everything else, he was just better at trying to accomplish his goal.

I hope they try him on any number of alleged crimes where the evidence is strong and see what sticks. Dereliction of Duty seems like a no-brainer.

*Can’t* touch it? Not sure about that. It was an election for federal office. The call was made from outside Georgia (i.e. it crossed state lines). It doesn’t take much to give the feds jurisdiction *if* they want it.

The dem candidate lost in 2000, 2004, 2016 - just as Trump lost in 2020. Was this shared goal Trump was better at “losing an election”? Or was he just better at whipping his supporters with lies? Because otherwise I fail to see your point.

Only 1 of these elections ended with a mob of cultists trying to stop the ceremonial process of certifying the election.

Trump did nothing more and this was testified to in the joke 6 committee, shut Jamie Raskin up for a while. (chuckle)

I refer you to January 2016 on Trump's inauguration day insofar as crowds out of control are concerned.

Trump did nothing more than what the dems did in their losing years. The riot actually got in the way.
