Gainesville residents are outraged after finding anti-semitic flyers in multiple neighborhoods

Yeah a few of these nut jobs turn into real problems.
But for the most part I look at them as those who lost the race for success in society. That’s why they’re angry. So in that sense, any of us here who take the time to acknowledge them or fear them give them the relevance and importance they so desperately crave.
I’m all for the police tracking them down though.

 

You stepped into that one.....If you are going to bring up 20 year old law suits then you have to accept the "collage of Trump photos taken with black people 20 years ago" that I posted that was rejected because some of the pictures were 20 years old.

 

You need to take your own advice, champ.

 

"Trump can't be racist. He took pictures with Black people." You're definitely the poster I'd expect to make that argument.

 

It was rejected not because of the 20 years ago. It was rejected because the fact that he stood next to people doesn't mean he thinks they are his equal.

We don’t know if the people who left these flyers are right wing anti-Semites or left wing anti-Semites. Both are the same to me.

When we moved to Gainesville for my junior year we bought a house in Northwood Pines. I had to put up a yard sign saying the Iranians don't live here any more......We bought our house from an Iranian family and right after we closed the Iran Hostage situation came up. I don't that was particularly racist. For a couple of weeks after the hostages were taken we were afraid someone would burn the house down thinking the Iranians still lived there.
