Gaetz vs. McCarthy … Gaetz says he’ll try to oust McCarthy this week

Poor McCarthy. After foolishly blaming Trump for Jan. 6, he thought his career would be clear sailing after he went down and (to use the media's term for it) "kissed the ring" at Mar-a-Lago.

He kissed a ring all right, but it wasn't one on Trump's finger.

But I guess not even Trump could foresee his MAGA movement producing something as repulsive and worthless as Matt Gaetz. It's another kind of movement that produces things like Gaetz.

I have no clue what the chances are of it happening. But it would be a nice first step in trying to bring sanity back to the GOP. Oust the loonies

 

McCarthy just lost assuming all the Democrats vote yes. I expect there will be several rounds of votes to see who the new speaker will be and it will ultimately be Kevin McCarthy. Hunter Biden is my dark horse however

McCarthy ran down to fellate Trump after 1/6 and the spray tanned buffoon was nowhere to be found as Qevin's speakership was taken away.

Kissed Trump's ring at Mar-a-Lago and later groveled before the MAGA caucus in the House and he still ended up out on his ass after a very brief tenure as Speaker ironically as punishment for the only time that he has ever showed any moral fortitude.

 

TODAY’S GOP. It wasn’t always this laughably dysfunctional.

 

So who will be the next Speaker?

Trump doesn’t wear a ring to kiss. He prefers a butt plug to show his dominance over those willing to kiss it.
