Furries in the classroom, litter boxes in the closet

Living in Florida, that is prudent. The preppers hereabouts are getting ready to survive the coming civil war after TSHTF.

Me Too. Had to be around them at work and a couple of reactions got serious.

 

I used the term SHTF to mean any disaster. Could be a hurricane, a broken leg, or a flat tire.

I use the term to mean a personal disaster.

 

Agree. We are relatively young and possess, train, and are proficient with firearms. We still don't think we would survive true civil unrest. This is one of the reasons we got 25 acres with the nearest town being Palatka (actually almost 20 miles from downtown Palatka). The land plus a lot of hard work solved several of the problems in my top 10. It also creates a few more, so it is always a balancing act.

 

My son loves cats. No problem. They are great mousers. Especially if you keep them right on the edge of well fed.

 

This one is seriously allergic to them. Besides, cats are assholes. Anyone's who's owned one can't argue this fact.

 

A Black Panther is actually a Leopard I think. My favorite Big Cat is the Snow Leopard. It has the most magnificent tail in the world. Just a beautiful animal.

 

Some Jaguars are black and get called black panthers too.

Had a technician in Louisville claim that a middle school in Clarksville Indiana had verified furries and they ate cat food and that the teachers had no control over them because of the liberal agenda. I told him that the principal came out over 6 months ago and said there is nothing of the sort going on and it was just a fake story. Made no difference the guy is sold on this piece of stupidity.

 

I read One Second After several years ago. We live near Black Mountain. I still think about that book. It was chilling!!
