Jim Jordan, a real republican by your apparent definition was allowed to testify in support of Trump and in fact refused to do so when he was subpoenaed. Steven Bannon and Peter Navarro would also be considered "real" Republicans by your definition and are now spending time in a federal correctional facility because they refused to testify in support of Trump.
While Trump isn't a technically a traitor since you mentioned the courts once again Trump has been doing his best to avoid trial regarding his alleged and obvious mishandling of classified documents and his role in instigating the attempted January 6th insurrection. If the former president is as innocent as you've been proclaiming he would have requested speedy trials so that he could have been exonerated by juries of his peers.
