If Patrick Toney did not show up for the game, would we even know? Would the D give up 50 rather than 40 points? Often wonder if play calling would make a difference. I know it does on offense, so perhaps D as well. For example, I noticed that Saban commented that a Bobby Petrino offense and play calling was one of the most difficult to prepare for and coach against. Will be interesting to see the transformation at UNLV. In his last coaching stint at Missouri State, he took at team that had not been to a Bowl in years and had them there 2 of the 3 years he coached. Great coaching and schemes matter. With Odom as HC and defensive architect and Petrino on Offense, I predict UNLV will have a major turnaround by year 2
