You said yourself that it was a circumstantial case, which is the reason I maintain it was an overcharge. You, myself, and everyone else including her mother and father knew she did it. The prosecutors should have gone with a lesser charge. Judge Perry would have gone as heavy as he could on sentence because he knew she did it too. He also knew that it shouldn’t have been a 1st degree charge.

Local prosecutors hadn’t charged him as they knew it was a case of Zimmerman was a moron, but given that Martin attacked him, he did have the Stand Your Ground on his side.
