Puk couldn’t play baseball for a long time. Or watch it. “I didn’t want to just because I knew how close I was (to the big leagues),” Puk said. “Just seeing people go out there and play, it was like, man, I don’t want to watch it right now. I just want to focus on my arm and just getting it ready.” Puk is not only back watching baseball, but he’s playing it again. Would not shock me a bit to see AJ get the call right away. Everyone has advanced scouting, but seeing a guy like Puk for the first time (easy 90+ 6'7") will take some getting used to. I could see him having immediate success if he can focus and throw strikes.

He has consistently been hitting 96-99. He can definitely do damage if he stays consistent with his fastball which he says he has really worked on lately.
