Internet rumors that James and ETN were/are going to enter the portal. These things spread like fire. Probably started from a troll account? It’s crazy season right now and UF is probably an easy team to negative recruit and tamper with right now.

Wondering if Kamari's situation related to Raymond's performance/firing.

All I heard was he was asked to move to linebacker. Hard to believe he couldn't contribute at safety this year.

 

I was hoping any DB/DL would see who was hired first but at the same time this doesn’t mean they’re leaving.
The Wilson thing is weird, he could’ve contributed big time last year. Really looks bad, looks like he just quit on the team. So I don’t really care if he leaves tbh. With norman…..we Need all the DL we can get

 

Ouch....he was the only true DT signed in the last class and both DT's committed for the upcoming class have bolted.

 

Just waiting now to see if 7 leaves also. This is the new college football

 

Wonder where he was at with his development. Guys like Searcy, James and Collins allmplayed a bunch but Norman didn't. Wonder if he was having trouble putting it al together

 

Not many true freshman DTs do play…but we need young DTs bad

 

He went to 4 different HSs. I don’t think this will be the last time we see his name in the portal.

 

Those guys were all ends and James only had 77 snaps (hopefully in 3 games or less so that he can claim a redshirt). Probably had a lot more to do with strength and technique and the fact that we were in very few games that allowed a chance for mop-up duty.

 

Not sure, but a needed depth piece IMO. I really don't care about losing skill positions. Florida is loaded with them. We really need solid depth on both sides of the ball.

But this is likely to happen when you have coaching changes.

 

Wilson lacks speed and quickness to play S.....he was never going to contribute at UF in that capacity.

 

I just love those hybrid LB/S like Keanu Neal. Was hopeful he would bulk up but when it’s so easy to transfer why bother. Not worried about his spot since Filsaime was gonna jump him anyways

 

Yeah, think he could have contributed if he bulked up...but apparently unwilling to do so
