I know that Napier has used the portal fill in some gaps and needs. But ESPN had an article of the 10 best player at certain positions (i.e qb) and none of our transfers were on any of the lists.

K Goodwin, the 6-8 340 lb OT/OG fr from UK is now in the house, per TOS. Reporting he enrolled at UF today and has classes assigned. He was the #38 best player coming out of high school in 2022, played minimal at UK last yr and needs to work on his body. Perfect. George, Goodwin and Mazz added to replace OTorrence to NFL and White/Tarquin to USCw. I'd say aside from OTorrence we improved (hopefully). We now need to get Waites Achilles ankle healed up.

Those guys who crystal balled him are usually gun shy about predicting, so them predicting him feels a lot better than the guys at the Miami or FSU sites. I take it all with a big grain of salt since counteroffers on NIL can get thrown around at the last minute.

 

He doesn’t have to sign or commit. All he has to do is enroll.

1. Kentucky's highest rated recruit ever!
2. After HS All Star Games moved to a 5 STAR and #1 Offensive Tackle in the nation at least by one service.
3. Played in all 12 games for Kentucky as a freshman. Kentucky has kicked our ass as far as OL recruiting and send OL to the league.
4.High school HUDL shows him running 40 yards down field still blocking for his RB. He can run... and is fast.
5. Watch the bowl game and see our two transfers to USC if you want to see body/shape issues. White and Tarquin had hit their ceiling as Gator OLs. I would take them back but their ceiling seemed to have been hit? Wanted more $$ and Napier said BYE.
5. Any weight gain was probably because he was the highest rated player in Kentucky history. Came in thinking it was going to be given it.
