i think we have game changers at RB but that’s up to the OL to step up. Same with WR. I think EW3 could be a big play game changer in due time but will the QB be able to get it to him consistently.

I haven't seen anything formal, but that's what was expected given him being close with Tarquin....and Boselli setting up the USC deal for them

And he should’ve. Why let FSU kick our ass in the portal? Their portal signees last year are a big reason they WON the game this year and are ranked preseason Why can’t Napier do both? I thought Napier was going to “win now”? Not looking like it.

Who said he was going to “win now”? If anything, he, himself, said the exact opposite.

The number of strawmen that get erected and knocked down here is truly mind-boggling

Napier never said his plan was to win now. He told us in the opening press conference it would be a long process and that a lot of people will probably be frustrated with him. He said from the beginning that he would not sign people just to sign them and he is in the process of turning over the roster. Part of the problem is that next to no one left last spring after he took over. The guys he has brought in have been effective. Let’s just relax and see what happens.

Aside from Tarquin and maybe Ethan White to So Cal, have you seen where the other ex Gators have portaled into what potties? Maybe Lee to Lsu is big, but the rest to Temple. Mizzou. Braska. Pitt. lowly usf. I dont see guys portaling along to Bama, Texas, Okla, Ohio St, Michigan, Uga, etc.

I don’t think EW3 is enrolling till fall so my money is on Mizzell who is IMO the best deep threat the Gators have snagged in many years. Hoping he’s healthy now. Wilson will be a great one. Might see him sooner if Pearsall vails for the NFL. Could play right away as a KO/P returner.

Evan Stewart with this core would be insane. Wonder if he actually sticks it out at A&M

Me too. He was the my most disappointed "miss" from last years class. He and Walter Nolan. And both of them showed OUT as freshmen in the SEC, Stewart moreso.

Forgot about Perkins. He was the one that, to me, seemed to want to come here the most from everything I read. I wish he hadn't had such a successful career, as he's one I could see transferring here in the future.

Napier admits that the new NIL with the Transfer Portal stuff is a game changer and that he's new to it.

He did get at least 3 good/great players in his first year. He still has all summer long to get more from the transfer portal for next season. Give the man some time.
