Israel and the Jews are not the same thing. Most antisemites in the US are on the far right. Most of the people who oppose Israel's occupation of the territories and their treatment of the Palestinian people are on the left, including most younger American Jews. Left wing anti-semitism is more of a European phenomena. Millennial and Gen-Y Jews in the US make a clear distinction between being Jewish and Zionist.
