Great question. Are you doubting that there is an increase in anti Semitic incidents?

 

No, just don't think it's a huge deal. IF it was, I would think Jewish people wouldn't be flocking to FL. Where does FL rank nationally compared to other states on a per capita basis? That would be useful. Plus it's an election year so I take a lot of what I read with a huge grain of salt, especially near election time.

 

Then you missed the golf cart parade in the Villages in 2020 where a Trump supporter shouted "white power" to a Biden protestor.

BTW I took my boat in 2 Trump boat parades and never saw a Nazi flag or heard the words White Power or anything even close. Did see a couple of boat loads of African Americans, I'm surprised folks weren't shouting racial slurs at them LOL.

I'd be willing to bet you are wrong. How many Gator games have you been to where a fan was carried out on a stretcher? I'd be willing to bet a fair percentage of those were heart attacks. So because there are more Jewish people in the top 3 states that’s somehow justification for antisemitism? 1 incident is 1 too many. This is not an example of more population means more opportunities, so it makes sense. More incidents means there are likely more antisemitic people. More Jewish people does not automatically mean there will be more antisemitic people as well but that appears to be the case.

Anti-Semitic attacks are up all over the country. There has not been one particular group or one individual event driving the increases, though the past several years has certainly made bigotry and hatred common place and acceptable out in the open for a large percentage of our population.
