Florida Releases Historic Tax Plan Impacting Everyone in the State

It's no secret that Florida's population is growing as more and more people are moving here. I think Ocala has the fastest growth rate in the country or it's up there.
This places more pressure on schools and emergency services not to mention roads and infrastructure. Those people moving here deserve just as much of a chance at owning a home as the people who moved here in the 70's. Make foreign investors pay extra and two things can happen, that extra money will fund the schools and infrastructure, or they will stop buying up the inventory and families can get their own house.
