    When I saw the way prices were rising in 2005-6, I wondered if everyone but me had gotten a 100-percent raise.

    I have been personally offered amounts that would exceed normal debt to income ratios.

    I always roll my eyes a bit at news stories that make for-profit businesses sound like completely altruistic endeavors.
    But this is still interesting

    Yes, when my son lived in Ft Myers and thought about buying, my sis n law told me to make sure it was in the area where they were expanding the utilities. I'm sure by now they would have gone a lot farther
