They know they support the legal killing of the most innocent. They do not like being told that. But that is the reality. Their life began at conception with 23 chromosomes from their father and 23 chromosomes from their mother. They were a separate life from their mother at that point. The development process beginning as a zygote and leading to where they are today. Killing for convenience is inhumane, immoral, evil, disgusting, abhorrent, etc etc etc. And they know it but for some reason...they support it while denying this reality.

It truly defines what is Evil in this World.

You’re not a hunter are you? My brother-in-law owns 100 acres in Michigan that’s just woods. He plants a corn field for the purpose of attracting deer to his property. That’s not really baiting. He monitors the area throughout the summer and fall to see the size and sex of the deer in the area looking for which deer he plans to hunt that winter.

16 weeks sounds reasonable to me as well.

Seems like nearly two thirds of the pregnancy is a bit much IMHO

I need to research it a little more, as I don't have as much time invested in this topic. If I'm understanding it correctly, the current law in Florida bans all abortions after 6 weeks and allows for exceptions within the first 6 weeks? Or is it up to 6 weeks, no questions are asked, but after 6 weeks you have to qualify for one of the exceptions?

The law allows for exceptions after the first 6 weeks. Up to 15 weeks rape and incest. Mothers life to term is what I got from a quick search. But could be wrong.

Slaveholders were the pro-choicers lifers of their time

About 90% of abortions were done in the first 15 weeks BEFORE roe was overturned. Surely that # goes up with a 15 week ban. I guess over turning roe exposed everyone as a baby killer.

    Abortion is murder*

    * except in cases of rape, incest or loss of political power

p.s. Millions of dead babies is a small price to pay to fight the woke

Who is moving away from pro choice of a woman to the right of a woman to abort up to a certain date? Most pro-choicers have always agreed there should be a limit, typically at or around viability. Hardly anyone is for legal abortion at 8 months.

What we are seeing is a lot of formerly pro life politicians saying abortion is now ok up to a certain date. Ron DeSantis is one.

It is politics. Good, church going, bible-thumping politicians who knock up their neighbor's 18 year old daughters or their 22 year old interns or just the garden variety rendezvous with a hooker cannot come out for unfettered abortion access. However, they also know they will be exposed as the frauds that almost all of them are if they do not permit abortions and within some reasonable period of time. 12 weeks has probably been determined to be politically palatable and still sufficient time to confirm the woman is pregnant and then pay for her to travel to another part of the state and abort the unintended pregnancy before anyone realizes what they have done.

It's comical to see a bunch of Trump voters trying to tell us what is immoral ... let us know when you figured it out.

Voting is immoral. And yes, I do regret the handful of times I’ve sinned in that manner.

And the civil rights movement, but it doesn’t make your source any more legitimate in your debate since it had nothing to do with the values of slaveholders.

It speaks directly to the analogy between the slavery of old and the slavery of our day. The reason why pro-choicers are triggered by the comparison is because it is damning for their cause.

I don’t see anyone being triggered and I don’t see how slavery has anything to do with a 2024 ballot initiative.
