Florida Football Recruiting: Vernell Brown III is down to his final four schools

I know that if Vernell Brown III got down to 3 or 4 schools that the Gators would be there, but so would FSU and OSU... Those two schools are going to be problem. I just hope Vernell Brown III chooses to become a Florida Gator.

According to On3, Brown III has been on campus in Gainesville eight times and has an official visit lined up in June. His final four also includes FSU, Miami, and Ohio State. Despite the fact he has only made it to Columbus twice, though he does have an official visit lined up at the end of this month, Brown III is considered a favorite to land with the Buckeyes.

Go watch the video/interview on TOS... forgot which one, but you can find in cyber space. He lit up talking about FSU and seemed very friendly about discussing the possibility of going to OSU too. I was less than happy he hear him talk about those schools like that. But you never know what he will decide to do... I just know we need him in Gainesville and is one of the best out there, legacy or not...

 

I doubt any serious football player chooses a university based on where his sister goes to school.
