    With 1 more routine to go (Beam) LSU leads Alabama 148.600-147.975. A 49.400 or higher will give LSU their 1st 198 of the season. Tonight Utah scored 198.000 at home, Michigan 197.950 on the road. I wouldn't worry about our score. It was sandwiched between 2 huge meets and probably why we were a little flat.

    Our NQS is 197.630. Michigan's highest scoring meet was on the road, which would leave them with only 2 countable road scores. Utah's NQS is 197.515. Oklahoma's meet is tomorrow. Alabama's is 197.355.

    Exactly, no way that was a 9.80. McCusker had to have missed a requirement to get that score. The entire routine was outstanding.

    Good with the meet except:

    1. Too slow of start on bars (McCusker scored too low or missed a requirement)
    2. Substituted Payton for Megan which kept our floor score from reaching 49.5
    3. Trinity should have had back-to-back 10s on the floor and the beam

    Slight tweaks and UF is at 198+ in a road meet. Can't be upset with that.

    After defending season scores being meaningful, I was glad to see UF win a share of the regular season SEC Championship for a 4th consecutive year. With a win at Auburn, UF will be the sole regular season SEC Champion. Winning the regular season SEC isn't as important as winning regionals and nationals, but it is a coveted and respected goal. Well done Gators.

    Next up for a championship, the SEC Championship Meet.

    The blogger wrote: "McCusker (UF): She’s back! Pretty Maloney, legs on the Pak a little bit, Van Leeuqen her usual, double back, can’t quite see but landing was strong. Oh it’s a stick." 9.8 was def too low. Overall:"Florida’s uncharacteristic landing issues kept it close all night but the Gators squeaked it out."
