    The 2024 amendment failed because it gave corporations a monopoly and you couldn't grow it yourself. Literally, banning you from growing a plant on your own property. That's why it failed. If they adjust the amendment in 2026 to include being able to grow your own, it will pass easily. Plus by 2026 more boomers will be gone and that is really the last generation that really is against it (Though they hypocritically are fine with it for themselves for "medical purposes". Talk about "rules for thee but not for me".). But if they put in being able to grow it, it passes easily.

    I don't care who wrote it. It was deceptive along with many other amendments.
