Happy to hear Dorian Finney-Smith has been traded to the Lakers. A great Gator past ... looking forward to cheering for him there. Lakers need something, maybe he's it.

He'll face off against Terance Mann (FSU), across town with the Clippers.

I might have to watch the Fakers a bit more now live at Crypto. It's the least they could do since dumping Castleton.

Another deep-dive article in The Athletic.

"Finney-Smith, a 6-foot-7, 220-pound forward who is shooting a career-high 43.5 percent on 3s this season and can defend multiple positions, is the type of player the Lakers have coveted for years."

"The 31-year-old is the only player in the NBA this season to defend guards, forwards and centers each for at least 15 half-court matchups per game."

I think they gave Castleton a pretty good look and a good ride (could be wrong though). Not like he stood out when he was on the floor.
