Don’t know the answer. A few tips.

1. Don’t listen to lawyers like me that don’t practice criminal law. We know nothing. Plenty of lawyers here with true subject matter expertise.

2. The true experts with subject matter expertise cannot even necessarily translate Trump legal proceedings. Trump involved legal proceedings don’t follow known standards, rules or logic. We all know nothing when it comes to “making sense” of any matter with the demonic chaos agent.

Let cynicism be your guide, though I was proven wrong by the 11th Cir. this week.
