Substantiate that Biden pushed Garland to act as a prosecutor of trump. You can't because it's more made up bullshit. Why do you think it's okay to promote falsities here?

How was it an abuse of power? Are you saying a former president above the law?

BS, Trump had been working with the DOJ and had them in his home in June. There is "no intent" by Trump to hide anything or to commit a crime. The lacked "intent" standard was used by James Comey for Hillary Clinton so precedent set. As president, he would have declassified content powers to boot.

The raid is an impeachable abuse of power by Merrick Garland at the urging of Joe Biden and is nothing more than impeachment 4 which is to say do anything to run against Trump in the 2022 midterms and to keep him off the 2024 presidential ballot.

    Release the affidavit now!

trump lied to the DOJ about the boxes of classified material in his possession in June. That's not cooperating.

The affidavit demonstrated probable cause that trump had classified documents in specific places. The resultant search found classified documents in those location. How does releasing the affidavit exonerate trump?

Trump illegally took documents to MAL. He was asked to return them and only returned some. He was subpoenaed to return the rest and still didn't fully comply. Then the search warrant turns up TS/SCI information that can't legally be stored outside of a SCIF in a padlocked pool bathroom.

Any person that doesn't chug the Trump kool-aid like you do can clearly see illegal intent in the action pattern described above.

The reason the Trumpistas want the affidavit, is they need to know which cooperating witnesses to send death threats too and which agents to doxx.

Yup. That's why it's important to challenge the demand to release the affidavit.

The DOJ almost never releases the affidavit prior to indictment for the most obvious of reasons. Their desire to keep it sealed is not an indication of a coverup.

I agree that the New York Slimes makes up bullshit about Trump, republicans, and conservatives, but they report accurately on their team even if it comes back to bite the team on the butt:

Why the Jan. 6 Investigation Is a Test for Biden and Merrick Garland - The New York Times (nytimes.com)

Merrick Garland is under pressure from Joe Biden to prosecute Trump. Since this is an apparent different avenue of attack, won't know until the affidavit is released, it could be a signal the DOJ has zilch on Trump for 1/6 and has moved on in their political persecution of him.

It's hilarious that you think that legitimate news sources are all made up with negative items about the far right but 100% accurate on moderates.

As for Biden pressuring Garland, that is nothing more than a fever dream in your addled mind.

That's more bullshit. What is wrong with you?

Here's the salient quote from your paragraph:

"The attorney general’s deliberative approach has come to frustrate Democratic allies of the White House and, at times, President Biden himself. As recently as late last year, Mr. Biden confided to his inner circle that he believed former President Donald J. Trump was a threat to democracy and should be prosecuted, according to two people familiar with his comments. And while the president has never communicated his frustrations directly to Mr. Garland, he has said privately that he wanted Mr. Garland to act less like a ponderous judge and more like a prosecutor who is willing to take decisive action over the events of Jan. 6."

Your source material explicitly states "And while the president has never communicated his frustrations directly to Mr. Garland". It does not state that Biden told Garland to go after trump. Quit promoting falsehoods.

    More interesting is this snippet:

"In October, he told reporters that he thought those who defied subpoenas from the House committee investigating the Jan. 6 attack should be prosecuted.

“I hope that the committee goes after them and holds them accountable criminally,” Mr. Biden said. When asked whether the Justice Department should prosecute them, he replied, “I do, yes.”

The president’s words prompted a swift statement from the agency: “The Department of Justice will make its own independent decisions in all prosecutions based solely on the facts and the law. Period. Full stop.”"

You asked for proof the pressure starts with Joe Biden. I gave it to you with one of your trusted sources until you disagree with said source. You are welcome.

You gave ZERO proof that Garland is directly pressured by Biden. No comments from Garland that he's being pressured. No documentation between Biden and Garland. No actions from Garland that indicates he's acting on any pressure.

    Stop making stuff up.

Can you point out exactly where in that story it says that Garland is under pressure from Biden to prosecute Trump?
    Thanks

"When the NYT says bad things about republicans, it's false. When they say bad things about democrats, it's true".

How absolutely ideal that take is if your goal is to be a bad actor.
