The Dems when false claims are levied against trump in trumped-up charges: "NO one is above the law."

The Dems when judges commit criminal acts and get arrested: "It's a Constitutional crisis."

It doesn’t matter, nor does it change what the Wisconsin judge did. Somebody got deported who was supposed to be deported. Happens hundreds, if not thousands of times each and every day. What does this have to do with a judge being arrested for obstruction of justice? Are you arguing that somehow the Trump admin set this judge up? Hence, the medication question.

It actually does matter because competence matters. You said that: "But over here in the real world, Bondi and Patel almost certainly had their ducks in a row before doing something like this." You are making the assumption Patel and Bondi are operating a highly competent level but their current record shows that is not the case, since they could not even properly handle the deportation of Garcia to anywhere but El Salvador. So they need to show that they are competent and posting a tweet about this case and then deleting it, is not a good sign that they are.

What the record shows so far is that the Trump Admin is more interested in making headlines and sending a message than conducting operations according to the letter of the law. They are happy to lose in court later on as long as the message they want sent is getting out today.
