This is very interesting hearing about her driving somewhere to have lunch and the vacations she went on.

I'm not clear what they have to establish or are trying to establish. Is the argument that she's conflicted based on a possible motivation for her to prosecute Trump so she could hire her boyfriend? Or are they going to have to go further and show that she directly benefits by funneling money from her boyfriend to herself?

I watched for a bit and it seemed to be this as a lot of questions about who paid for what (cruises, vacations) & bank records.
But also about when their romantic relationship started as there has been previous testimony by her or him about the date and lots of questions about that - are you sure?

 

If there was a romantic relationship prior to the start of the trial, it shows a corrupt DA's office and will most likely get a defendant like a former POTUS off the hook. Obviously, the prosecutor stood to gain financially for taking on Donald effing Trump. Not just in the course of these legal proceedings, but later with books, notoriety etc etc. If they can establish a romantic bond existed pre-trial, that's a big issue. If it started after trial, it's still a problem, but easier to sweep under the rug.

 

She's wiping the floor with these fools. It's great to see. Plus, the star witness had a sudden memory problem this morning once put under oath like most MAGAts do.

I could just see her doing the same to some of the "so-called" MAGAts here that mistakenly think they are men.
