The women kick off the season with an exhibition tonight. How's everyone feeling about the upcoming season? If everyone remaining stays healthy I think we have a really solid rotation of players. 1.Aliyah Matharu/KK Deans 2. Nina Rickards/Alberte Rimdal 3. Leilani Correa/Jeriah Warren 4. Jordyn Merritt/Frieda Buhner 5. Rashaya Kyle/Taliyah Wyche I think Nina and Zippy (from the sideline sadly) will be our key leaders. Want to see how Alberte's game evolves. Hoping she can consistently drive this season because we know she can shoot. I am most excited to see Correa play. Really like what I have seen from her on video. She and Jordyn are going to be our 2 most prolific scorers IMO... also curious about Buhner because I have read good things but not found or seen a whole lot to really judge. The X-factor for me is the post play this season. Rashaya gives us a legitimate threat at Center for the first time in a while. I also really think Taliyah showed a lot of potential last season. If she improved her skill set to go along with her athleticism she could be very good down low as well. We have the ability to go big if need be which we haven't really had before. Just glad to finally see some Gator WBK!
