    The test will be when a sure top-10 pick stays in school (with insurance mind you for a rookie contract)
    Because there will absolutely be a fan base that makes the attempt at least after winning at a natty on their QB. At the very least. Hell at this point Lagway could get us to the playoffs and probably name his own check afterwards.

    NFL has a anti-trust exemption. The NFL and the CBA will regulate where that player can play and if he's under contract to team x, he ain't gonna be playing next year for team y.

    As do all pro sports. College needs to get their shit together. With boosters paying their bills though, they probably wont do anything.
