He has taken your leftist propaganda app away and it’s obvious, because you’re all having a cow over him. That unchecked reach you had on social media has been curtailed.
Which "leftist propaganda" poster(s) did he ban? What's funny is that all the studies show that Facebook and Twitter have always been dominated by right wing posters... so again, seems like nothing changed, even if you can name a few left wingers who got banned. I'm going to say it again, seems dumb to pay $44 Billion to keep it the same...
Definitely not in my head. Any fantasies you have of being Elon's next door neighbor are yours alone. Keep that stuff to yourself.
Never said he banned any left-wing poster and I wouldn’t want him to. That’s censorship. The only time I’d want him to ban a left-leaning poster is if said poster was calling for violence against another person or using derogatory racial/homophobic slurs. I don’t want the left censored. Neither does Elon. But what Elon HAS done is take the controls away from the woke left, so that they cannot continue running a leftist propaganda scheme. And it’s the control the leftists crave, which is why they can’t stop bitching and moaning about Elon. I wouldn’t even want Elon to ban a left-leaning poster who claims the be for LBTG+ rights, but also uses homosexual references to taunt other people as if there is something wrong with being a homosexual.
Maybe off-topic and giving Elon credit for the growth of Tesla into the company that it is today, just a reminder. Martin Eberhard - Wikipedia Marc Tarpenning - Wikipedia
I’ve only just begun to flex my unchecked reach on social media. Consider this warning as if it came directly from Soros and Pelosi themselves. [insert evil laugh as I take a bit of my vegetarian Cracker Barrel sausage].
I’m sure. Elon Musk says he'd consider 'alternative phone' if Twitter is booted from Apple and Google app stores
And as he may be demonstrating now he can also buy a company for significantly more than what it is worth and destroy it in short order. Keeping in mind that Musk paid $44 billion for the company and that this is from August before Elon actually took over and began destroying the platform. Twitter’s Market Cap: $31.34 Billion Investors use market capitalization, or market cap for short, to gauge a company’s worth, and the market cap is just all the company’s stock combined. Twitter’s market cap as of Aug. 3 is $31.34 billion. Twitter’s Net Worth: $13.316 Billion Market cap gives investors an idea of a company’s worth, but with a caveat: Market prices change day to day, which means a bad trading day could throw off the company’s valuation. The GOBankingRates Evaluation of a company’s net worth, however, considers factors like full-year profit and revenue. The resulting value is more conservative but based on concrete figures. What Is Twitter's Net Worth? | GOBankingRates Another analysis suggest a reasonable mark cap of Twitter in the $20 billion range as of November 22, 2022. https://www.macroaxis.com/valuation/TWTR/Twitter
Why does it matter to you? Elon didn’t do anything illegal buying Twitter and molding it into what he wanted, did he? So what’s the rub? (hint: I already know the answer) Be sure to hit us with 3 or 4 links.
Would love to see the Elon phone prototype. Apple needs some competition. They’ve really flatlined in terms of innovation and what you can do with a smartphone. Elon and team could shake up that space for sure. It’s bound to happen some day. Apple doesn’t innovate anymore.
It really doesn't matter to me one way or the other but it does illustrate that an even really smart person can make a really dumb investment decision and having the ability to successfully manage companies based on tangible technologies doesn't necessarily to translate into the ability to manage a social media platform especially when rational analysis is taking a backseat to ego. Edit: I think the success or failure of Elon Musk's acquisition of Twitter matters much more to you then it does to me since you have posted much more in this thread than I have especially over the last couple of weeks.
So let me get this straight ... if Twitter's users -- and the algorithm that promotes tweets -- already skewed right, and you can't name any "leftists" have been censored, then how exactly are you coming to the conclusion that Twitter was a "leftist propaganda scheme" prior to Musk, and is something different now?
I simply enjoy responding to all the Elon haters who keep predicting his demise after a few weeks of owning a company, because I know why you’re doing it. You don’t care how profitable Twitter is or can become. You only care that the most consequential social media app for news is now fact-checking liberals and leveling the playing field. That is the ONLY reason you care about the success/failure of Twitter. You’re butthurt.
