Odd to transition from Hartline who puts WRs in NFL as top draft choices to Norvelle that had not put hardly anyone in pros. To go to ACC conference that puts less kids in NFL. Where you only have a few good games per year. Small stadiums, not sold out.
I think that Moore wasn't given the greenlight at OSU. I think they want Trader (Miami and FSU in it for Trader too) or will pivot to someone else
Nobody is 100 years old. Georgia is at least in the SEC and hadn’t won a championship for my entire life (until now obviously). FSU however played the luckiest team of all time for a recent ring and has won multiple my life time. FSU fans are HORRRRIBLE while it’s very easy to laugh at Georgia fans literally barking
Just who you hang around with really. Growing up in the panhandle in the late 80s early 90s, it was mainly FSU with a sprinkling of UGA thrown in. So it’s FSU 1, Tennessee and UGA 2, Miami probably 3, but that hate was before my time. LSU/Auburn were manufactured rivalries, but have become good competitive games.
Geor did take a back seat in the 90s because we almost always beat them. Prior to that, they(fsu) weren’t even on anyone’s radar.
Agree. It’s a generational thing to me. I graduated in 94 so I ‘thought’ our biggest rivalry was with FSU. It wasn’t until later on when I read and watched things on Gator football history, a lot from Spurrier actually, where I learned about the intense rivalry between UF and UGA in the past. These days, the UGA rivalry is heating up again. When you are winning most of the time, the rivalry wanes a bit. When the games are closely contested or you aren’t winning much, the rivalry intensifies. It’s just human nature I suppose.
