    Yeah, that is probably for the best when you are reduced to arguing that cases explicitly, based upon the text of the decisions, decided on their merits weren't really decided on their merits so that you don't have to admit that you just didn't know what you were talking about.

    If I were you, I'd probably not try that claim about how Trump not having a case decided on its merits around here again.
