I told my wife the same thing, how does a coach not hold onto his time outs if they don't make it. He burned not one but two. I'm sure OM football forums will be hot.

 

Actually, LK hopes the fanbase hates him enough so he can take the Auburn gig. Maybe he's not so dumb after all.

 

Well, unless Auburn absolutely drops a metric $*** ton of money on Lane, he should be around tomorrow. There have been numerous sources who said he genuinely likes being in Oxford, he's just concerned about being able to get over the hump. He told the team he's staying unless something unforeseen happens.

I guess I'm hoping maybe someone like Saban is in his ear saying why go off to a mess at Auburn and try to win maybe one when he may be able to go somewhere else in a few more years and win two or three, particularly when he likes where he currently is?

And, as much as I hate losing to State, Leach needed to win one to keep the cowbells happy. I think them both being in Mississippi is good for football here and would like to see at least a few more years of them at Ole Miss and State.

I'm not sure it does, there were still a lot of defensive bodies between him and the endzone. Regardless, no way Kiffin should have burned two TO's.

 

I think Lane stays. Lots of pretty young ladies at Ole Miss. Not so much at aubrin.
