That is insulting sir or ma'am. Some people just do not agree with you. Civil discourse without insults makes a great country. Not demeaning anyone that disagrees with you.

Nobody has answered the question. Have a reasonable answer, I'll happily read it. Here's the question again. What policy or policies from Trump will help curb inflation?

This is absolutely true - whether one believes the massive covid stimulus was good or bad, both played a large part in it.

Yeah I’m not sure what is up with these people who have this illusion that Trump is a fiscal conservative. During Obama spending was constrained, not because of Obama, but because of congressional republicans who were fiscal conservatives - but only when a Democrat is president. You had the sequester and other fiscal spending constraints. But once Trump was elected - those constraints were thrown out, taxes were cut and spending was increased. Tax cuts cause spending increases. Once fiscal restraint is abandoned, may as well go whole hog.

I'm going to agree with you that it is too broad a generalization to say that ALL Trump supporters lack critical thinking skills.

However, it is totally accurate to say that they are tolerant of a certain level of criminality from political figures they support.

They clearly have no problem with their leaders committing a criminal conspiracy to overturn an election, which includes: establishing fake slates of electors, coercing state officials, inciting an attack on the Capitol, and watching joyfully while hundreds of police are beaten.

It's a shameful level of criminality that Trump demonstrates and his supporters tolerate....and they ALL try to lie about.

Why do people like this hate America and love criminality?

Then please explain how Trump's policies will not be inflationary, but actually help curb inflation. Because I don't see it.

Just to clarify one more lie about Biden and those that think he came up with the idea to cap insulin prices..

Why should he? When Conservatives post articles here no one ever wants to address the article.

What you all always fail to mention is that Trump's plan is to raise tarriffs to bring back manufacturing jobs to the U.S. It would also be in conjunction with eliminating the Federal Income Tax to offset to increase in cost of goods from a tarriff.

I wouldn't be in favor of tarriffs myself unless there was a corresponding decrease or elimination of federal income taxes and preferably state income taxes as well.

Moses, err Trump when he was sent out into the wilderness, had to be erased on everything he accomplished in 4 years. Biden took his Soviet Hammer and Sickle to all things Trump good or bad.

The Fox news host was called a liar by the White House when he was right, not defending Fox News just this host. To my knowledge, the White House hasn't admitted to lying and hasn't apologized to the host. It's business as usual by the Ly'n Biden Administration.

Because there will be a corresponding elimination of Federal Income Taxes and there will be a renewed focus on manufacturing jobs here in the U.S. that would not be subject to the tariffs. I would also be okay with the tariffs not applying to good made in Canada and Europe.

We have to strip China and India of their manufacturing power over us. As long as those two countries have their manufacturing and general outsourcing power over us they own us.

Funny how your are on the side of China, the side that truly utilizes child labor and slave labor to produce their goods significantly cheaper that the U.S. and makes U.S. manufactured goods uncompetitive on the global market. I'll gladly pay a little more for good not using child labor and good manufactured in the U.S.

I posted a Fox Business News interview with Janet Yellen in the Inflation is Transitory, misnamed on purpose to see what would happen, thread yesterday. Not one lefty here took the few minutes to watch even though they were advised it was a very compelling interview. Anything that goes against their lefty close-held sensibilities, they choose to ignore and change the subject.

Several problems with this plan. One, a tariff is basically a sales tax. Aha sales taxes are regressive. The poor generally spend their entire paycheck, meaning their entire income is subject to the tax. The rich save and invest, and don't spend every dime on consumable goods.

Second, and more importantly, who is going to work these manufacturing jobs we win back from China? We already have more job openings than unemployed. And Trump aims to deport millions of undocumented aliens, 8 million of whom are also currently working in the US. What good are open positions if there isn't anyone to fill them?

This plan would have China laughing. With the massive labor shortages, Chinese goods would still likely be cheaper, even with the tariffs. And Americans would be paying more, even with income tax relief, especially the lower classes.

There was nothing BUT GOOD in TRUMP'S EO to force pharmaceutical industries to sell ALL THEIR DRUGS to Americans at the most "favored nations" prices. Biden shi! on us all when he sided with the pharmaceutical industries with his "hammer and sickled" to the great drug prices deals that Trump left us.

Biden is a POS through and through.

Once again, you are knowledge base challenged. Trump's plan to cap insulin costs at $35/month only applied to Medicare Plan D participants and it was a VOLUNTARY program for Plan D providers. Trump's plan did not apply to Medicare B recipients...at all. Biden made it mandatory across the board for ALL Medicare B and D recipients and it applied to more insulin products. Trump's attempt was better than nothing, but it took President Biden to finish it.

There are lies being told in this thread, but not by President Biden.

Directly underneath your post an advertisement popped up with Trump asking people to donate to him. $5, $10, $25, whatever you can spare. :D
