You and I tend to end up on different sides when it comes to evaluations of talent, but you are absolutely 100% correct here! The thing with Earnest's comment, there are any number of other negative signs going on as well that in totality are not even coming close to giving off positive signs.

I just wish he did not put it out on blast like that. Your son is part of the program now too. It does nothing positive for the O and B. Call the HC or your other contact... let them know you are unhappy and talk it out. Do not reflect poorly on the staff your son just committed to.

Can’t help but feel like Ernest Graham and CBN will get together and mend any rift that might have been there. Graham is a great Gator and all Gators are excited about having Myles on board. CBN is not Dan Mullen. He will fix it. My guess is that it has already been addressed.

He's the parent of a commit. The term "driest" is what troubles me. If HE feels the experience is "dry" that suggests something is amiss to me.

The instant Napier found out about it, the first call should have been to Earnest Graham to smooth things over. If EG posted to Twitter before Billy found out, then someone in Billy's army of staffers didn't do their job in making him immediately aware of the situation.

You don't know what happened. But you post anyway--always negative, of course.

With the amount of film and scouting done these days I doubt there is a whole lot of difference vs every other DC in the country.

You guys have no idea about the true specifics of EGs gripe or even the event timeline, so stop reaching for another reason to bash CBN.

It's cool. You'll reach rock bottom next week and move to Tallahassee.

I’m surprised there hasn’t been an update by either camp.

And you have no specifics either. There is no “reaching” here and the bash came from a gator great. Excellence takes ruthless honesty and learning, not obsequiousness nor overly critical comments (and yes, we have more than our share of critics). This is a fair topic that I hope is addressed by BN and staff as part of a player driven culture.

Well, EG was a few days early with his comments. Today is Festivus ….. the day on which we air our grievances and engage in a feat of strength.

Oh well, we shall endeavor to persevere.

exactly! The facts can kill all this nonsense. This was ATM taking advantage and creating a bad look for UF and Billy.

Technically it is not possible to hit rock bottom without moving to Tallahassee first.

Actually, that's the most hollow word in the statement. What does dry mean in this context? Nobody uses that word like this. What does he want, a wet relationship?

We get it. The position coach that recruited his son and would have coached him abruptly left of his own accord. He doesn't like it. Yes, Napier should have stroked him soon after it happened (if he didn't). Wouldn't have changed the situation, though. Life goes on.
