Only Trump's goons have said that the Steele report overall was false. It takes more than that to be of ANY certainty. In fact, given that Trump goons lie all the time, those assertions have NO credibility.

 

I’ll be honest, the latest info I have not researched. I have an idea about what it is about but want some time to read the actual documents before commenting. I’ve been responding to inaccurate things about previous items today in this thread.

Can you please answer one question for me about the Steele Dossier? Who provided the allegation of the infamous “Pee tape” to Steele?

 

Of course, you focus on the one most sensational allegation, which, by the way, while not having been proven true, has NOT been proven to have been false by ANYBODY. Only some Trump supporters have said so, which means absolutely NOTHING!

 

So to prove my point, you do not know. If you don’t know who that is sourced to, you have no idea where most of the headlines grabbing claims of the Steele Dossier come from. Please google: igor danchenko

Considering an allegation is a claim made without proof I don't think anybody needs to disprove the pee tapes. These alleged tapes were ran with by most everybody on the left including your man Seth Abramson. He is a master of wording things in a way to be very misleading without committing to anything. He wrote pages of text about them without actually saying the tapes existed, he would write statements like "If they exist and I have reason to believe they do", a very dishonest style of journalism.

 

Fox News watchers don't understand that raw intel is just that. It often contains untruths. However, as you said, nothing in it has yet been definitively proven as untrue.

 

It has been. It has been sourced to someone suspected of working for Russian Intel by the FBI, who told the FBI it was all rumors he heard from drinking buddies that Steele took seriously.

Anyone still trying to say the most serious parts of the Steele Dossier are unproven have not been paying attention and should not be taken seriously given what we now know.

Sorry, but I believe that Comey himself said in an interview that he told Trump that they did not believe Steele’s information to be true.

Now please don’t take that as an endorsement of Comey as I believe he is a worthless POS.

 

Why does he need to prove something untrue when their has never been one single iota of evidence presented that the Steele “information” is true?

Congrats on making the same argument against voter fraud/suppression laws.

They don't have to prove it untrue. However, it is constantly talked about on the right as if it is all definitively untrue which was has never been proven.

 

I have been quite open that voter fraud in 2020 will never be proven. Any fraud that took place was done under the cover of mail in ballots which will most likely never be able to be unwound if it even exists.

Human nature is that when you give people easy avenues to cheat, many will drive that avenue. When there are no cops, no cameras, and no speed bumps they will speed on that avenue.

And none of that has anything to do with Clinton carrying out a political hit with the US DOJ providing plenty of cover.

You're right, it doesn't. Expect both situations being discussed are about having to prove a negative.

 

You also should have needed more than a whittle viwus, to allow such a mass opportunity for cheating such as the way mail in ballots were handled in some states.

 

That fact that you don’t know who Igor Danchenko is and continue to claim the Steele Dossier has not been disproven means there is no point discussing this issue with you. You are not interested in actually being informed on this issue.
