So no… no first hand accounts.

Also if you are going to get technical about the wording of the above statement nowhere in the statement does it say those "members" heard racist remarks. Note it says language that violated sportsmanship policies not racist language.

A baseball fan yelled Dinger, and it got mistaken for a racial slur. However, in that case, lots of people heard it.

If you're going to play obtuse, the next sentence literally started with racist remarks.

Again.. nothing first hand. Richardson told her teammates what she heard and they went with her to the officials. No team mate has spoken up and said YES! I heard the slur!

If the WCC confirming that multiple members of the Duke program reported hearing the racist remarks isn't good enough for you, you're not worth my time. Demanding these young women come forward publicly after they saw their teammate and her godmother have threats, insults, and racial slurs directed at them for doing that exact thing is neither reasonable nor a stance worth taking seriously.

Ok. That is fine. I do not aspire to being worth your time.
The WCC statement does not say any players came forward and admitted to hearing racists slurs. You are a lawyer. You KNOW that statement was VERY carefully written to say what it says and what it doesn’t say. It doesn’t say anything about volleyball players hearing the slurs or the threats . It says several members of the program heard comments that were unsportsmanlike. Just like you would hear at any college sporting event.
No one has found a shred of evidence that a racial slur was shouted at Richardson much less her claim hat the slurs continued and escalated into threats. YOU want to find a reason to see racism and that’s fine. Your boogeyman can be found almost anywhere if you look and listen hard enough.
Let us know when any evidence of this shows up. ANY person comes forward to collaborate the story. Any video any audio anything.

It takes Olympic-caliber mental gymnastics to argue that the WCC isn't referring to the racist remarks in that sentence. You and 51 have done a great job of proving Mike Freeman right. I'm glad you don't aspire to being worth my time. It's good to set realistic expectations. Have a good night.
