This ‘settlement’ is simply a convenient way to launder money from one crook to another.

 

I personally am sorry they settled as I think they (dominion) would have faired much better going to court and having a jury decide.

 

it's funny that the guy still holds a grudge against Fox for calling Arizona for Biden. I read a lot of those comments at the time - that Fox had betrayed Trump supporters by doing that, that conservatives were flocking to OANN and Newsmax because of it.
do they not understand that cable networks do not determine the official winner?

 

Such a great post. NPR pundits are suggesting Smartmatics case is stronger than Dominion - theor suit is 2.7 billion.

Throw in the Fox shareholders law suits, the humiliation and shame of fox being a bunch of liars and not a legit news organization and maybe, just maybe, these Australian facist creeps get what they have coming. They finally are getting what's long overdue.
