    One thing I will miss about the Biden presidency is the OP, specifically, embarrassing himself over and over on this board by typing out Doh! Biden repeatedly like a 10 year old.

    What speech were you watching? He blew a lot of lines. Very stilted, stumbling delivery. ...and:

    "....the *STATUE* of Liberty is literally moving!"

    Lol!

    I guess for him, that just about constitutes movement.

    I finally had a chance to watch it today. The great economy has kept me very busy at work.

    Speech failures:
    • Did not call anyone suckers or losers
    • Zero mentioning of Hannibal Lector
    • We will never know if Biden would choose being electrocuted or eaten by a shark
    • Did not call the election of Trump a fake or crooked election
    • Accused no one of eating the cats or eating the dogs!
    • Does not realize the statue of liberty actually does stand still - weird metaphor
    • If I hear the "possibilities" story one more time... like it's deeply meaningful.
    Speech successes
    • Out of 2,500 words he said "I" barely a dozen times. Very selfless speech.
    • Coined the Tech-Industrial Complex
    • Committed to smooth transition
    • Uplifting celebration of what he thinks Americas values are
    • Thanked Harris twice
    Overall this was a really good speech with a positive message.
