Yes, this has happened many times in the last several years.

I think recruiting has been moving this way for years. Mullen seemed to resist this.

 

Not lately, that's for sure.

 

Since the early signing period was established it’s certainly becoming more of a thing. I think CBN learned from last year’s slow start. By the end of June last summer, you blinked and 60% of the board was already taken.

 

Folks I remember when the success or failure of the entire recruiting year came down to National Signing Day.

To be honest, I kind of feel cheated. Never again will I know the anticipation and nervousness of national signing day. Palms, sweaty, praying that we can get a few of our last remaining targets and moving up 20 spots in the rankings.
