Bama looked stronger than Vandy down the stretch but their pitching will be depleted and if it's Bama we won't have to listen to that damn whistler a-hole.
Cags will be on full rest and hopefully remains hot and gives us 6 solid innings. Bats need to come alive but I think we'll be okay.

 

I don't believe we've lost to Vandy in football + basketball + baseball in 40 years ('82-'83); they've had enough chances in baseball this year.

Always feels good anytime we beat bama and especially good when we're the ones sending them home.

 

Does it really matter? We will beat either a perennial "national title contender" or the home team. We will either send the whistler home or a bunch of people in red heading home sad.

Either works for me as long as we have no injuries!!

I don’t think this tournament format is set up right. When you get to this point the loser bracket games should have flipped around in order to avoid playing any one team 8 million teams within a 4 day span. Because I don’t disagree at some if you play a good team often enough you will lose just because of bounce of the ball or having a Stevie wonder umpire behind the plate who has rabbit ears.
