It depends on who the recruits are, in that top 10 class. If it is a game changer QB, elite speed at skill positions on offense and an Alpha on DL, it can be a program changer. Point being, if you can get 4-5 absolute studs in that 8th, 9th, or 10th ranked class it can definitely move the needle for a program.
