If nothing else Donald Trump will go down in history as the best President that money could buy although when it comes to purchasers no person or organization will come close to Elon Musk who has essentially purchased his position as the unofficial co-President.
Trump's Derangement is probably permanent. It's very unlikely that it will ever end and I cannot see him seeking therapy or using meds after he leaves office. The other variation of Trump Derangement Syndrome, mindless worship of the greatest con artist in history could end even before he leaves office. There is the real possibility that members of the Cult of the Donald who worship will him eventually come to the realization that they have been conned.
