They used the false title. Not hard to see. It’s in caps…

Here's the first sentence. Florida's HB 1557, also known as the 'Don't Say Gay' bill, should never have passed and should never have been signed into law."
    Where's the false narrative?

if it was known as the KILL WHITEY bill it is a factual statement to say it was known as the KILL WHITEY bill.

    where's the false narrative?

So technically a 3rd grade teacher could lose their job if they give a lesson on Coretta Scott King and her contributions amentionnd happen to say she was the wife of MLK

I'm using his MO to expose his MO with the twist that instead of repeating a false narrative ad nauseam, I am going to repeatedly expose his false narrative.

If the first part of the case is proven, does the second part of the case matter assuming that judgement is to return to the original terms?

A Post editorial agrees with me:

"The Disney thing would just be a loopy sideshow if it didn’t highlight traits that could hold DeSantis back as a presidential candidate — and that would be dangerous for the nation and the world if, heaven forbid, he ever became president: paper-thin skin, a propensity to hold grudges and a tendency to go way too far."

I've tried that with this poster before. They are well-insulated against it.

The short answer is that if Disney is successful showing the government action was retaliatory, then the legislation is set aside.

Agree here. Again, I had hope for him. Young and well educated. Appeared moderate. Then a total swing to the far right. Yes, he is considered far right. Power corrupts. He is no different.

You keep making my point. In fact they are part of why the false narrative picked up steam. Because of who Disney is.

So November is "wavering for a number of years" to you? Lol Stop being naive. You need a calendar or at least learn to read. Imagineering were the ones wavering and never liked it and Iger isn't clueless. He still let it go past the final county committee all the way to starting permits--8 months after your speculative info--even with Imagineering upset about it. Guess when he cancelled it? After Desantis's board had the big hating on Disney meeting. So again, you're wrong and out of your league. Go show a skewed poll on beer drinkers...that's more up your alley.

All the other stuff you cite isn't parks/resorts which Imagineering is apart of, which Lake Nona was apart of. It's separate entities/divisions that are not streaming or ESPN. The resort/parks sector is doing fantastic with high profits and packed parks. Parks/resorts sector did $23B in Q1, higher than pre-Covid. That is not streaming nor subscribers. Parks/resorts cast members also are not apart of layoffs. Your including them in the streaming sector is misleading and a lie. Plus the state of Florida was giving Disney nearly $600M in tax breaks to build the Nona campus. They stopped it even though they were going to save $600M? Capital outflows? It was practically being paid by the state! Get a clue.

Oh and more good news for you, Disney will write off the Galactic Starcruiser for $300M and it cost them $350M to build. Just like I said that it was a niche resort they were aware may not succeed. Not a loss or very little for them, but you'd lead us to believe that it was their failing stocks that caused them to shutter it like a Super 8 motel. What a rube. Maybe you should be more privy and not just guessing or reading slanted articles.

The Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser to be a $300 Million Tax Write-Off

The primary function of quotation marks is to set off and represent exact language (either spoken or written) that has come from somebody else.

Bingo. Disney never said the phrase themselves, they quoted someone else's words, thus it is not Disney's words, so in turn, Disney did not peddle a false narrative. So Q is factually incorrect.

For example, I just quoted you quoting Disney quoting someone else's words, does that mean I personally said and peddled the "false narrative" being argued?

    No.

Keep posting it. They added the capitalized phrase that is and was the false narrative. They wanted to inject themselves. Now they get to deal with the consequences…
