Would help our freshman out alot if we were playing a team outside the top 90 in average and scoring...quite a different challenge she faces .

Atwood has had so much hype all season long... she's good but not heads above the years any of our girls have had and especially not what Skylar did last year.

 

Believe Keagen proved last night she should've been freshman of the year.

 

These awards are so subjective, I don't put much stock in them. Sure, I like when one of our players receives one, but I waste little time worrying about them not getting one if someone else is chosen.

 

Think of this: Where would FSU be without Jasoni? Home like they are with her.
Where we have been without Keagan? Home
But look where we are with her. Keagan put this team on her back and brought us here. (not by herself)
She was certainly Freshman of the Year.

 

Hard to argue at this point. Never understood the rush to decide. These awards

Barring an upset of #1 UT, the Gators will play Bama on Sunday. I'd have much rather they played Duke. In most sports, familiarity with an opponent typically favors the underdog. It reminds me of the 2023 Baseball CWS. Lots of folks on GC were pulling for LSU. Remind me how that turned out.
