Obama was a once-in-a-generation political talent. But he also had great people running his campaign in Florida. Basically, he didn't trust the Florida Democratic Party. Might be the most incompetent state party in the country.

Ron DeSantis is winning by such a degree and reaching so deep into the state's Hispanic vote, that everyone that views the political world through excel spreadsheets is going to see him as the leader of the Republican Party.
Also National Review: CHARLES COOKE DeSantis is ahead in Hillsborough County (Tampa, essentially) in early voting. Astonishing.
