Trump probably believes his biggest mistake in his first administration was selection of advisors and cabinet officers who expressed their opinion when they disagreed with him. This time the litmus test will be absolute loyalty. Ron DeSantis may meet the test, no way with Nikki Haley. I cannot see her changing her mind with respect to aid to Ukraine.
