I’ve said it before, he views these cases as no lose scenarios. If he wins, he’s amazing and awesome. If he loses it only enhances his narrative about how messed up the government is and how he’s the guy to fix it. But what he really cares about is the attention from the initial provocative actions anyway, because it shows he is standing up to the deep state, liberals, woke people etc. his supporters probably won’t even see that this guy got back into office.
This is great news for the 1A. However, he's already announced that he isn't running for reelection so I don't see him getting his office back

his statement doesn't seem to mirror that train of thought. perhaps the strength of the ruling changed his desire to run again.
