    Nope. You may have missed earlier posts in thread - see # 6. But to save you time, it's quite simple - this is old-school left politics - create issue then complain that there is a response to the issue.

    If you want to compare second term polling a good example might be George W. Bush. Like Trump Bush thought that he had a mandate for radical change. During the first several months of his second term his approval rating peaked at over 60% (higher than Trump's ever was). After he proposed partial privatization of Social Security his approval rating tanked and was under water for the rest of his second term.

    Trump's approval is following a similar trajectory only he's tanking much sooner than W.

    Speaking of second term presidents, Bill Clinton's approval rating was never underwater during his second term and it actually increased.
