I just read the Penn State Supreme Court decision was 4-3. What sort of intellectual misfit judge votes against not counting illegal ballots?? I’m sue the 3 no votes were leftie lawyers.

So what you're saying is that Trump's not a criminal?

We didn't see him adjudicated guilty of sexual abuse?

We didn't see him, for example, try to overturn an election?


At one point on the call, Trump told Raffensperger, "What I want to do is this. I just want to find, uh, 11,780 votes, which is one more than we have, because we won the state."

Sure he was found guilty in a civil case by a fixed jury in a fixed trial. With the right 9 people and judge and one lying woman you could be found guilty yourself.

 

Interesting that same people who are calling Casey an election denier for contesting the election in the courts (he lost by the way although there is still currently a recount in progress) had no problem with the 60 plus lawsuits filed by the Trump campaign which lost virtually every one those lawsuits with maybe two exceptions which didn't really matter and as I stated in a couple of other posts Casey will finally concede once the recount is complete. I do not recall Trump every conceding that he lost the 2020 election or Kari Lake for that matter after she lost the 2022 gubernatorial election in Arizona which she also challenged unsuccessfully in the courts.

 

Regardless of any technicalities of New York law, a jury of his peers convicted him of over 30 felonies. That makes him a convicted felon in my book.

 

Not that I am doubting you or that it matters, but this is an interesting take. Where are you pulling from that on a technical basis, he is not a convicted felon until sentencing?

 

Two questions: Was Donald Trump convicted of any crimes? Were those crimes felonies?

 

What do you consider a jury verdict to be?

 

Rendering its guilty verdict, the jury _______ Charles Manson of his crimes. I don't think "tried" is the right answer.

 

LOL. Fair enough. I just say "convicted." "He was convicted at trial." "The jury convicted him."
